| 2004 Annual Stockholder Meeting |

Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) recently held its 2004 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting at the Grand Ballroom of the new Crowne Plaza Galleria Manila Hotel in Ortigas Center. RLC reported to its shareholders that 37% growth of Net Income (PhP 920,2 M in the fiscal year from PhP 670.6 M) was mainly attributed to efficient cost management and brisk business in its 4 divisions. Commercial Centers Division, High Rise Buildings Division, Housing and Land Development Division, and Hotels Division contributed 59%, 21%, 9% and 11% to the company’s gross revenues respectively.
