- Graduate of Computer Science/Information Technology course
- At least one (1) year professional experience in Web Development, Design and Content Management and Business Systems Analysis
- Can evaluate System Design, Documents, Test cases/result and planning internal test
- With background in documenting business systems policies and procedures and end-users supports
- Preferably with exposure to standard software development and project management methodologies
- Experienced in Web Technologies such as HTML, PHP, Javascript
- Proficient in the following database tools: such as Microsoft, Lotus Notes Domino
- Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop / Image Ready and Macromedia Dreamweaver / Flash
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- With good communication skills
- Results oriented, resourceful, highly organized and hardworking
- Can work under minimum supervision
- Must show previous website projects by mentioning the URL addresses or bringing website print-outs
