- Preferably with 10 years in the real estate / hotel industry in business development or related field with 3 years in managerial capacity
- Experience in leading projects from conceptualization to completion
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and results driven, able to work under pressure
- Flexible and able to adapt to all kinds of working environment
- Will involve travel to other business locations in the Philippines
- Not over 40 years old
- Salary negotiable
