Last year, Robinsons Land Corporation forged a partnership with the Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG), for the latter to manage Holiday-Inn Galleria Manila (formerly Manila Galleria Suites) and the soon to open Crowne Plaza Galleria Manila. Both hotels will have a total of 553 well-appointed guest rooms, which will give both leisure and business travelers several options in terms of size and appointments.

In an effort to enhance guest service satisfaction and provide more efficient means of implementing hotel process, Holiday Inn Galleria Manila (HIGM) has acquired a new enterprise solution software that streamlines services and interactions.

The new Crowne Plaza Galleria Manila will be the first of its chain in the Philippines. It is a comprehensive meetings hotel that shall offer the luxuries of upscale amenities, functional facilities, and convenient location that will satisfy both the business and leisure needs of busy travelers.

The hotel will provide a state-of-the –art grand ballroom and meeting rooms designed to host groups of 20 to 1,200 with sophistication and functionality. All 265 guestrooms, including that of the Executive Club, will generously provide living room and working space for business deals as well as a host of personal amenities.

The Division is confident that the phased renovation of Cebu Midtown Hotel and Robinsons Apartelle will result in higher revenue contribution in the coming years.
