PROPERTY firm Robinsons Land Corp. has launched a P1.3-billion condominium project, called the “Fort Residences,” in the Fort Bonifacio Global City prime development area near the Makati business district.

“It's on a prime location and it has a view of the Manila Golf,” Robinsons Land president Frederick Go said.

The company's earlier condo projects in Fort Bonifacio are the 38-story Fifth Avenue and the 43-story McKinley Park Residences.

The 28-story, 244-unit Fort Residences is scheduled to start construction in 2008 for completion in 2011. It will have single-, two- and three-bedroom flat and loft units.

For lofts, selling prices are P3.4-P3.7 million for one-bedroom units (43.4-47.8 square meters), P5.3-P7.0 million for two-bedroom units (67.7-93 square meters) and P9.0-P12.0-million for three-bedroom units (115.0-153.0 square meters).

For flats, prices are P3.0 million for one-bedroom units (42.0 square meters), P4.8-P5.8 million for two-bedroom units (67.2-77.0 square meters) and P7.9 million for three-bedroom units.
