DFA Regional Consular Office now open at Robinsons Starmills Pampanga

The new Department of Foreign Affairs Regional Consular Office located at the 2nd level of Robinsons Starmills Pampanga, at the San Fernando Exit of the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) is now open and can provide services for New Passport Application, Passport Renewal, Assistance to Filipinos in Foreign Countries & their families, and will also offer starting July 2012 the Authentication of Public and Personal Documents needed by Filipinos abroad such as Birth, Marriage & Death Certificates, School Diploma and other school records, Contracts and others.

This new office is part of the a Private-Public Partnership agreement between Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) under its Robinsons Malls' Lingkod Pinoy Center and the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) for the transfer and hosting of several DFA regional consular and extension offices and new regional offices all over the country.

With the opening of DFA Regional Consular Office in San Fernando, Pampanga, residents from nearby Malabon, Navotas, Caloocan and Northern areas of Quezon City such as Novaliches & Fairview, Bulacan, Tarlac, Bataan, Zambales, Nueva Ecija and Nueva Vizcaya, need not travel far to avail of its services. Robinsons Starmills is only 30-minutes drive from Balintawak & Mindanao Avenue Toll Gates via NLEX.

A transport terminal facility is likewise located within Robinsons Starmills Complex to address transportation needs. Victory Liner has a terminal at Robinsons Starmills' Rear Alfresco. Also, more 4,000 jeepneys with Pampanga & Bulacan routes and the Tarlac - San Fernando Bus Company have access inside Robinsons Starmills Complex.

Also soon to open are DFA offices in Robinsons Galleria, Robinsons Place Bacolod, Robinsons Place Lipa, Robinsons General Santos, Robinsons Place Iloilo, Robinsons Place Tacloban, Robinsons Place Dumaguete.
