Robinsons Land Corporation announced that the business process outsourcing (BPO) office space on top of Robinsons Galleria Cebu, its flagship mall in the Visayas, will be completed and ready for occupancy this quarter of the year.
Go noted that a mall-based office provides BPO companies unique benefits aside from the convenience of having direct access to retail, services and dining options within the development.
“With the heavy foot-traffic in the mall, BPO companies are given an ideal recruitment venue,” said Go adding that “we can even provide them with recruitment space inside the mall where poteHi ntial employees can just walk in to apply for jobs.” Tenants will also have signage options on the building’s façade.
Robinsons Galleria Cebu, located at the thriving growth area of Gen. Maxilom Avenue and Sergio Osmena Boulevard, is RLC’s biggest mall outside Metro Manila and its third largest nationwide. Part of the complex will include a hotel and residential towers to complement the mall and BPO office space.
Its proximity to the ferry terminal that serves travelers to and from nearby islands such as Dumaguete, Bacolod and Tacloban also boosts foot traffic while providing a gateway to popular tourist spots such as Bohol, Siquijor and Apo Island for expatriates and visiting company officials.
Cebu City ranked number 7 in the THOLONS top outsourcing destinations of the world for 2016, and is the most preferred location for Offshoring and Outsourcing companies outside Metro Manila. It continues to be among the Centers of Excellence for ICT-BPM operations as identified by the IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines.
Designed with Outsourcing and Offshoring companies s in mind, , the PEZA-registered Robinsons Galleria Cebu’s two level office space features a dedicated lobby for the office tenants and large floor plates of about 4,000 square meters and 4,800 square meters for a total of 8,800 sqm of prime leasable space.
“Robinsons Galleria Cebu also offers scalability as it has expansion opportunities within the project’s location should tenants need additional space for expansion in the future,” Go said.
For added convenience to employees of its tenants, RLC has provided three elevators to serve the two office floors, consistent with the developer’s intent to have a high elevator to floor ratio for its office developments to make them more efficient for tenants since their employees will not spend a lot of time waiting to get from one floor to another.
“The office space can operate even after mall hours since it has its own support systems such as lobby, elevators and air-conditioning system support,”said Go.
In addition to the mall’s roving security guards and other safety features, the Robinsons Galleria Cebu office will also have its own 24/7 security personnel supported by a CCTV surveillance system.
The offices will also have 100 percent back-up power, variable refrigerant flow air conditioning system, fire sprinklers and smoke detectors and multiple telecom service providers.
RLC has 24 office projects at present located in key cities such as Quezon City, Pasig City, Mandaluyong City, Makati City, Cebu City and various provincial sites across the country. Aside from the office space within Robinsons Galleria Cebu, it has several office projects in the pipeline such as Cyber Sigma which is located along Lawton Avenue, Bonifacio South in Taguig City as well as the Cyberscape Gamma in Ortigas Central Business District and Exxa and Zeta Towers located in Bridgetowne, Quezon City. Aside from these Metro Manila Projects, RLC has office projects in the provinces that are undergoing construction such as the one located within the Robinsons Place in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte and Robinsons Place in Naga. These office provincial sites are all expected to be completed within the year. For leasing inquiries, please contact 395-2177, 248-5888 local 32176/32177 or email email@example.com
