Robinsons Homes, a residential division of Robinsons Land Corporation, participated in the Pamulinawen Festival which is a month-long celebration of Ilocos Norte’s 21st Foundation Anniversary and the feast day of its city patron Saint William the Hermit.
Robinsons Homes’ current residential portfolio in Ilocos province includes three (3) exclusive subdivisions in Ilocos Norte, namely: Hanalei Heights, Brighton Parkplace and Brighton Parkplace North. Robinsons Homes manifested the pride and prominence in Ilocos Norte by engaging in the Pamulinawen Festival’s Grand Parade. Robinsons Homes’ float stood out among the 50 participating floats as it was dressed in a sun façade to incorporate Laoag’s moniker as the Sunshine City of the North. The float’s body was covered with flowers and decorated with native materials to symbolize the beauty of nature and sights, rich heritage and traditions that Ilocos Norte has to offer. A replica of the Hanalei Heights’ gate and guardhouse was also included in the float’s Hawaiian tropical inspired design.
Meanwhile, Ilocano potential buyers were invited to Robinsons Homes Investors’ Day at Hanalei Heights’ Ohana Clubhouse located at Barangay Balacad. They were extended a tour around Hanalei Heights subdivision and experienced the features of Ohana Clubhouse – rich landscaping, a leisure pool, a spacious hallway and function rooms.
