In leading a business that “builds people’s dreams”, Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) takes pride in the fact that over the years, the dedication of its people and their various accomplishments within the organization continue to take center stage.

RLC Team

Awarded the “Best Developer” by Property Guru for two years in a row, RLC continues to deliver growth and maximize shareholder value as evidenced by its robust income and revenue growth for the malls, offices, residences, and hotels businesses in the first half of 2023. RLC also garnered recognitions from other prestigious organizations, including DOT Property Awards, Asia CEO Awards, Arrow, Edge, and Lamudi.

As a Company, RLC looks for “smart, honest and energetic people” who love what they do to join a team that fosters a culture of strong collaboration, effective communication, and excellent leadership. With people who “trust and treat each other well”, “winning as a team” is a natural consequence of the way RLC does and accomplishes things.

As a result, in the last two years that the Philippine Daily Inquirer, in partnership with Statista, the world’s leading data and business intelligence portal, has come up with a list of best employers, RLC emerged among the best of the best.

For the year 2024, RLC is once again, one of Inquirer and Statista’s Philippines’ 300 Best Employers. In both the 2023 and 2024 selections, the results were based primarily on the employees’ rating of their willingness to directly recommend their employer to family and friends, as well as other metrics, including company image, infrastructure and equipment, colleagues, superiors, career development, and diversity and inclusion.

This is testament that the bottom line is not the sole measure of success for RLC. After all, the Company’s sterling accomplishments would not have been possible without its people – Team RLC.  "Finding a balance between business growth and our dedication to people is at the heart of what we do."  - says Tante Felipe, Vice President for Human Resources.

RLC has also appeared twice on Bloomberg’s Gender-Equality Index (GEI), which cites companies’ for female leadership and talent pipeline, equal pay and gender pay parity, inclusive culture, anti-sexual harassment policies, and pro-women brand. It has likewise scored well in its employee engagement surveys over the last three years.

RLC consciously invests in people and leadership development to drive growth, boost performance, and achieve long-term organizational success.             As the company forges ahead and pursues its goal of building people’s dreams, it will continue to develop key talents who will carry on the company’s enduring legacy.

Established in the 1980s, RLC pioneered the mixed-used concept in the Philippines. Its portfolio now includes 53 Malls, 89 Residential buildings, 31 Office Buildings, 9 work.able co-working spaces, 3 Destination Estates and 8 logistics warehouses under Robinsons Infrastructure and Integrated Developments, 40 Robinsons Homes’ subdivisions and 26 hotels and resorts under Robinsons Hotels and Resorts nationwide.
